Your contract for purchases made through the Site is
with Tecool.co.uk.
Descriptions and Prices
The description and price of the goods
you order will be as shown on the Supplier’s website
at the time you place your order.
Descriptions of items provide accurate
information on the product. All descriptions are provided
from our suppliers and Tecool.co.uk does not hold any
liability on both short and long descriptions. Prices
of all item(s) are consisted of two parts: price exl
and price inc, which respectively stands for price without
VAT and with VAT. Tecool.co.uk holds liability to change
prices without any notice. Customers must pay the agreed
prices mentioned on the website in order to buy the
item(s).
Payments
We accept payment by all major credit
and debit cards, using Google Checkout. We believe it
to be the most secure way for you to shop online and
we do not charge you any extra.
Delivery
Delivery is only made after the payment
has been released. We use different couriers for delivery
services and this is dependant on items, weight, size
and values. Normally Delivery is made by Royal Mail
or other major courier services.
Whilst we offer next day service on
certain ranges, please allow up to 4 working days AFTER
been processed from us as our standard free delivery
term. Please contact if you have any quiries about this.
Also please be fully aware that as commonly
known, orders on special occasions like X'mas are subject
to possible delays, if you are particular about this,
please contact beforehand.
Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation before 3pm for order made the same
working day or after 4pm the previous working day
(prior to dispatching) is eligible for a full amount
of refund. Cancellation can be made via E-mail at:
cancellation@tecool.co.uk.
- Cancellation within 14 working days (cooling period)
of delivery(starting the day after you receive the
goods) and return them for a refund. This will apply
to your order unless you order goods made to your
own specification. A 3% of total bill with least amount
of £10 service and re-stocking fee is chargeable.
It is your responsibility to give notice at your earliest
convenience to us via E-mail at: cancellation@tecool.co.uk
and take reasonable care of the goods when posting
it back. The goods must be at your expense and we
would recommend for your own protection that you use
a recorded delivery service.
Please also note that all goods return
for refund within cooling period MUST be in un-opened
condition, seal and package of which should also be
kept in the original condition for re-sale.
* Please read
through our term&conditions and make rational purchase
decision, any opened, tried, tested, used...etc are
NOT refundable!
Before you buy
In accordance with our company policy,
although we can give pre-sales advice on certain aspects
like delivery and related company policy, we don’t
claim legal responsibility on any advice given to our
customers regarding the selection, compatibility, etc.
It’s entirely your decision for the purchase.
If the information you need is not displayed, then this
is normally because it has not provided from our suppliers.
Should you have any further queries about product warranties
if it's not displayed, please contact us via E-mail
before you buy and we will reply as quick as possible
with the exact information. In the event that your interested
model is not listed in our shop, please provide the
exact model you requested. Our advice is always to check
directly with the manufacturer before placing your order,
given the product(s) listed or not.
Upon receival
Once you receive your order, we recommend
that you verify if the goods conforms to your actual
order and check the package for any traces of impact,
water damage, unusual noises, broken glass or whether
it has already been opened. If any of the above conditions
apply, refuse to accept the package and notify us within
48 working hours. In another word, With the delivery
person present, verify that your product corresponds
with the order that you placed
(check delivery docket).
Please also be advised that in the
unlikely event that the content in the package is different
from what you have ordered, pack it back immediately
and notify us within 48 hours.
Customers failed to verify on spot
must advise Tecool.co.uk immediately requesting a claim
form and post it back in a reasonable form on their
own expense. A copy of the receipt or invoice must also
be attached to the Client’s claim. Any claim based
on the quality of a product must be accompanied by a
specimen of said product containing the flaw as well
as a sample still in its original packaging with the
appropriate reference numbers for identification.
No claims will be processed that do not adhere to the
above conditions.
Warranty & Exclusions
Products marketed by Tecool enjoy:
- a at least one year standard manufacturer onsite
warranty with most of major brands effective from
the delivery date
- a legal warranty protecting against hidden flaws
- a manufacturer's warranty that is specific to each
product
- a standard 1 year tecool.co.uk warranty is applicable
to those products without a warranty specification.
The warranty excludes external faults resulting from
accidents, notably, electrical, wear and tear, incorrect
installation or use. Products that have been repaired,
modified, integrated or added by persons other than
the manufacturer are not under warranty.
The warranty is not valid for apparent
vices and conformity faults that should have been reported
within 14 days of delivery of the product.
Return order to After-Sales
service
Products sold on our website have a
manufacturer's warranty that protects against malfunctioning
and other manufacturer's defects. Any faulty products
after 14 days cooling period will be treated as a manufacturers
return. If the manufacturer will not take the product
back or the manufacturer is not in the UK then you are
requested to either send it back us or Euro supplier
centre with very similar posting costs, from where it
will be forwarded to manufacturere. The fault investigation
can take up to 40 days, and after this period, teool.co.uk
or the manufacturer have the final decision what the
outcome of your return will be, ie a new product sent
out or a refund.
Within product warranty period, when
issues arise which are not for designed purpose of using,
customers can contact Tecool for a return form. When
doing so, please also bear in mind that you should:
- Keep all labels on product
- Keep the original packaging. If you wish to return
a faulty product to the after-sales service, please
return it in its original condition and in its original
packaging.
- Place the package in a box specifically for mailing
(you can also make a video tape of the original package).
If the original package is damaged, a reduction may
be made on the order amount.
- Place the return docket on the outside of the package
so that it can be identified quickly.
- You product is delivered to the address indicated
when ordering. If you wish to have the product delivered
to another address, please inform customer services.
- Please send your return packages by registered post
with receipt of item. In doing so, you will be notified
as soon as possible about the receipt of the package
at our after-sales service.

may differ from the actual product.
*PLEASE NOTE:
Every effort has been made to ensure
the accuracy of all information contained herein. Errors
may however still occur, should the goods is incorrectly
priced and ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible
to give you option of reconfirming your order at the
correct price or canceling it, before which the goods
will be withheld. In the event that we are not able
to contact in three working days after order is placed,
the order will be treated as cancelled. Under above
two scenarios, buyer is entitled a full amount of refund.
Tecool.co.uk makes no warranty expressed or implied
with respect to accuracy of the information, including
price, product editorials or product specifications.
Tecool.co.uk shall not be liable for incidental, consequential
or special damages arising from, or as a result of,
any electronic transmission or the accuracy of the information
contained herein, even if Tecool.co.uk has been advised
of the possibility of such damages. Product and manufacturer
names are used only for the purpose of identification.
Our gaming products are only for those
above eighteen year of age, if you are not, you should
be under supervision of, a parent or guardian to use
this site for gaming products. If none of this apply,
please do not use the site for the products.
Customers who are interested in gaming
products please be aware that it is entirely your purchase
decision since we are not able to warranty any compatibility
issues with your system. In case you can’t get
it to work or as such, please pack it back properly
and post it back in a reasonable form after contacting
us, certainly percentage of re-stocking fee is applied
in this case. Please refer to our returns policy for
details.
Customers who purchase our computer
hard drive please note that we are not responsible for
retrieving data stored on the device or any subsequent
damage in case of hard drive failure since the fault
of hard drive is extremely rare given a reasonable care.
We recommend you to double backup your data of vital
importance. A free test up and replacement service is
available covered by its warranty.
Please note that
damaged goods caused by improper use are not eligible
for either replacement or refund. For instance, customers
who purchase computer components are expected to know
how to use, issues like overclocking on graphics cards
or likewise are not designed purpose of products and
damage caused wherefore are not covered by our product
warranty. Our (or our suppliers') technique team reserve
the final justfication of damage cause.
